Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the US, and to any international destination. We don't ship to P.O. boxes (either international or domestic). 

Domestic orders

Because we're just as eager to get your order to you as you are, we offer FREE 2-day Express shipping on all orders to the US.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

It takes a few seconds to place an order. Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). The next step is handled by one of our carriers. As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. It’s on the way!

PS: We strive to process orders as quickly as we can. In most cases, orders are shipped on the following business day.

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Please allow an extra day or two for shipping to these locations. Because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't, we offer two shipping speeds. Overnight shipping is available as well for a fee, this fee will be determined by where you live.

 

International orders

FREE Standard shipping (6-10 business days) when you spend $200 USD or more. There are times when you can wait and times when you can't, which is why we offer a few shipping speeds. Tickled Pipa is not responsible for

Taxes & Duties

Please note: duties and taxes are not included in your purchase price at this time. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Tickled Pipa is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Returns

We're here for you!

We stand behind everything we create and care deeply about your Tickled Pipa experience! We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewelry is perfect for you. If it isn’t quite right, our Customer Service Team is here to help! You can send full priced, unworn items back to us for either a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt date. Some exclusions may apply.

We've extended our return window for the holiday season! Any orders placed starting November 1st have until January 15th to initiate a return. All rules and exclusions below apply.

Returns (Domestic)

Here’s how it works: you submit your return form, ship us back the item(s), we'll process the return and refund you.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and sent back in its original condition and packaging. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Full priced items can be refunded in full, if returned within 30 days of receipt, minus all shipping charges. 
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.
  • We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Tickled Pipa.
  • The cost for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. 
  • We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

(Please note we are working with a limited team and experiencing some delays, so once your return is received, processing can take up to 14 business days before your refund is issued. Please be sure to include all required paperwork in your return, otherwise you may experience additional processing delays. For questions on the status of your return, contact us.)

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international sales are final.

We are not able to accept international returns at this time due to specific US import regulations. If you need to inquire about a refund on any duties & taxes paid, please contact your local customs office.
